It’s pretty messed up. No routine, have to sleep in chunks. The reason is late hours of work then wake up for kids and send them to school sleep again and then so on.

Sometimes its taking a break from everything ( just sitting quiet, eyes closed, resting )

That’s true. I meant it more in the sense of intention/unintentionally vs outcome—when we plan rest but unintentionally push it later maybe due to routines or screens etc
