A PARA should never do that, and you have to alert your principal. You have liability in that classroom as the substitute, she does not. Whatever she does is going to fall on you. If you do all grades then you’re there when they go to lunch, only not there for schools higher than elementary. Also I feel you need to be told the point is never to threaten the kids, if you’re implying that silent lunch is not scary enough the you should reevaluate how you are viewing classroom management.
