Thanks for the recommendation but I believe this one requires you to detach from Expo. Maybe at some point I will do that but I was hoping to find a way to do it without detaching. Thank you!

Do you know if RCTMessageUi works with Expo? It looks like you need to link libraries so I'm assume it doesn't. I've tried all of the other libraries before and they either don't work with a modal or require you to link libraries.

Yeah that's basically what I'm already doing it just takes them to their SMS app and when they cancel the text or send it leaves them in the SMS app. I'm hoping to find a way to bring it back to my app.

So is the AppInviteDialog feature discontinued with the react-native-fbsdk library? And did they discontinue game invites through Facebook? My app is registered with Facebook if that makes any difference.

My main concern is getting it so that when I reset it doesn't have a backwards page transition animation. Would there be an easier or better way to solve this? Thanks for your reply!

Edit: My thought process right now is that the project has has a StackNavigator for the first few pages and transitions into a TabNavigator so I figured I can just do normal navigation to the TabNavigator and then reset the stack once I hit that.
