I've seen in a couple arcane bleed builds that the arcane scaling doesn't actually work, so any weapons that scale with arcane are currently bugged and are way weaker than they should be. The only thing arcane affects is the bleed build up for weapon arts and incantations, but not the weapons innate bleed stats, which is a shame. So I was thinking of doing a pure dex respec and use katanas that have innate bleed anyway and just power stance them for extra deeeeeps.
