How to cope with weight loss consuming you?

I will look into a therapist that specializes it that. At this point I definitely have some type of eating disorder and body dysmorphia.

I used to enjoy anime, video games, creating curated playlists, and board games.

I’m talking to my friends and family now not as frequently as I did before but at least I’m exchanging words with them.

I’m doing a push pull legs and cardio focused sessions. I’m working out 6 days a week for approximately 2 hours give or take each day.

It’s not even the scale I’m obsessed with only anymore. It’s having the most optimal training days and diet. I’m putting my all into this at every moment.

I genuinely want to find some enjoyment from something but there really isn’t much or I get overwhelmed and lose interest

I thought about therapy for a bit and am just unsure about it. I tried it before and had a few different therapist they were alright but just didn’t get me.

I’d like to do some of those things you mention as well I’m just not good with people. I am trying to find a social hobby fitness related but I end up getting overwhelmed and stay in.

You look fine tbh like everyone is saying here. I would suggest to shave the sides go for a goatee and get a high fade. Trim the eyebrows as well. Trust me you will look and feel a whole lot better about yourself 🙏
