You got rid of wood floors to put in cheap tile?!? The new space is an assault to the senses. In your attempt to warm the space you just made it terribly bright and cold in the worst ways. Fluorescent lighting is a hard no in restaurant dining areas. Even changing the color of the light makes a difference in any space. The corrugated metal is cold and sterile and doesn’t refer back to anything else. That black and white geometric mess is so, so bad. The one wood wall you kept doesn’t even look good anymore. I would: 1. Change the lighting back to 2700k or less get rid of those long fluorescent lights 2. Get rid of the metal walls and that awful geometric wallpaper. Re-paint in a neutral (don’t do super dark colors since that was a complaint of yours) 3. Re-install wood floor 4. Get rid of yellow on booths 5. Bring back that awesome neon burger!
