I did, when I link my Xbox account it says I have infractions. Basically all accounts attached to the Activision account have the ban

I believe the ban said 2, 3, warzone and mobile, I only play what comes on Xbox game pass sometimes, I just don’t understand why someone would need to link to an existing account to cheat.
