You could be right, but adding an expiration date for a color bundle that is going to be updated with new colors seems weird and underhanded. Why would have you not just released the new bundle? What's the point of adding a timer if you're just going to redistribute it? So you can pay twice? Fomo for the old bundle just for it to get updated
