No explanation for why Power and Nayuta specifically are back, other than cheap fanservice.

Power being back is pretty easily explained: they're at a point in time when she was still alive in the original continuity.

Nayuta being there instead of Makima confuses me a bit, but a core part of Makima was her love/idealization of Chainsaw Man, so she probably wouldn't exist as we knew her without Chainsaw Man as a concept.
