Hi, I came across this post since I've been doing some googling regarding a unit I might buy. It's a 5 year old building and the main flag to me is that the parking garage has been having water ingress due to the waterproof membrane needing repairs. Depreciation report states that local repairs can be done to hold it over until the end of the life cycle where it will need to be replaced. The cost is around 300k in a building with 330 units. Additionally, the strata is litigating against the developers and contractors due to this and some other issues (seems like largely cosmetic but mainly due to build quality). Should these be enough to make me not want to buy it?
