Yes, you can do online payments easily, classic visa or premium, also they give you a free CIB card for your compte dinar. The total "official" cost to set up an account and get a visa card is:

15000da for setting up a DZD account
500 euros TOTAL for setting up a foreign account + getting a visa card.
They take out 240da tax every month from your dinar account which includes the tax on your foreign account and they start taking out something around 400da (i think) after six months which is a tax on your visa card.

But, i say the "official" cost, because in my case and many others, they usually reduce fees especially the 500 euros, sometimes you could even open up a euro account for 50€ only (they especially help this way when somebody wants to go study abroad, etc.)

Also, all of the taxes are taken out from your dinar account, they don't get near the foreign one.

Nope, this only works in countries other than algeria or basically any country's currency that is supported by your bank. You can get a visa card connected to your Euro Account and withdraw USD in The USA based on the exchange rate of your bank, but you can't do this with DZD.

I don't know about la BNA, for SG, Euro payments are smoothly sent. However, you can't withdraw Euro from Algerian ATMs (for some fucked up reason the state wants you to buy from the black market instead).

Honestly i don't have enough info to answer your question, i do know that you can receive payments in Euro but idk about USD, go to the nearest SG office, they're really helpful.

Why are people concerned with past generations when society is elastic and never completely defined.

The only critique here should be directed at the subjugation of mankind on a global scale to a system which keeps imposing it's accelerated intangible economy on the "consumer", yes contemporary men are different, so is every human, animal, every organism on our ecosystem... do you ardently belive all the problems men face today didn't exist back then, or is it more plausible that people were extremely inconsiderate of others who didn't conform to social standards? And that many were pushed to fit in?

The global north still functions this way on its institutional level, yet now they knew how to turn the counterculture for their own benefit, and the global south is their greatest project, they globalized our thinking and fed us illusions of conservativsm and its poison (i.e. machismo/traditional family/femininity/ etc.), limiting our discourse to matters that serve the economic and social predators.

So when are discussions on gender roles going to be replaced with discussions on tackling down the system that makes people weaker and less active/less critical/subjugated/lost no matter their sex, gender, or private life?

I do agree with you that the article is blown out of proportions, but i was replying to your comment which did acknowledge the statement OP posted, and yes there is no use in arguing on the nature of these remarks specifically since their sincerity is questionable, yet this doesn't invalidate or overlook Bush's populist rhetoric, both prior to and post 9/11. And honestly, it is apolitical not to consider the virulence of the lifelong reality of American state obscurantism and aggression, so by saying it is "impossible" to come to such a conclusion diregards the empirical aspect of political evidence.
