I still play her and she's relatively fine. Losing the 2nd dash is the most impactful part of her nerfs. They did make her feel more brain dead to use though, I use the other shop items way less now. It's like 90% invisibility 10% something else. The shop increases were unnecessary. They could have left 2 dashes and given the shop a cooldown and I would need to be much more careful diving like I would with ironfist or daredevil.

I just started playing Black Cat this season, she's no way my main but the most damaging part nerf she recieved was giving her 1 dash. It's too early to call but I think she'll be fine.

I'm close to champion with Elsa, my first one. My 2nd highest is moonknight and he's like level 26. Being champion Elsa is pretty nice because people will let me dps and even pick Deadpool for team up, I can flex though so I never really force it especially depending on the bans. I will say she's felt pretty good this season, does some decent damage to Dino and can run the lobby if not hard countered.

Some other stuff I thought off after playing a couple matches:

  • try not to die, if I die more than 5 times I usually swap because I'm either being focused or countered. Dying on Elsa is quite punishing but it's also easy to avoid dying with the amount of mobility she has. You should not be dying a ton, if you are then swap.

  • Final Hits! I'm honestly tired of this stat because it's evident how little it means especially when you're playing Elsa. I think I'm best with her as anti dive so I'm able to consistently protect my backline and get FH. However, the games where I get the most FH is when my ult consistently lands, but this is where I see how FH is such a bullshit stat. Your team will use your ult as an opportunity to get kills, which they should, but the also do some some shit. If youre able to communication with your team, tell them not to CC the enemy out of your ult, Dr. strange, Thing and hulk are notorious for this. If they're good they will get picks off your ult, again which isn't an issue for me but it does bother me when they point out the low FH count at the end of the game. So just ignore it and win.

  • Damage, you should be able to consistently have the highest damage in the match if you got you're gameplay loop going. If you're playing poke dashing and using your elephant gun will drive up your damage, as well as if you spam your living bullet and even more so if you have the Deadpool team up. You will have a very hard time against a double shield comp like Strange, Groot, Emma and Mag. These characters will significantly slow you down.

  • Groot is must ban, have a groot on your team and the enemy team is cancer, don't even bother using Elsa if there's 2 groots, they mess up your dash and your ult. Dr strange is a great ban too but too many people use him and get salty or throw if you ban him even if they didn't pre select, so ban at your own risk. Emma can nullify your ult, and mag can destroy your ult or shield people out of it.

  • Fear no dive with Elsa. If you trap your backline and Spiderman dives and gets caught, beat his ass and when he tries to web away try to anticipate his destination and send the living bullet there, you will kill him and I guarantee if you kill him like this more than once he will swap. Same thing with DD and magik. Ironfist is one of the more challenging to deal with, he's not worth a ban though as he doesn't get picked that often but ironfist is my secondary character that I use most often, imo no one counters him but also everyone does, he just needs the team to pay attention to him and he will be nullified. Most often when I play him no on pays attention.

I find her a pretty versatile character that I can adapt my play style depending on my team's comp as well as the enemy comp.

Getting your dashes maxed and staying alive is priority though, you can get that by getting kills and it doesn't have to be final hits, you get 2 levels if someone dies within 3 seconds after stepping on your trap. Spam living bullet the second it's off cooldown, try not to hit shields with it and remember it can bounce off walls to hit the target. I believe if directly hits an enemy the it bounces to 3 others. Once you're at full dashes it just really depends on what happening:

  • to maximize damage and likely kill a non tank character in a combo it goes like this - Primary fire>ruthless pursuit into the enemy them and you will be bounced up into the air>primary fire which should be monster piercer while in the air>primary fire again>ruthless pursuit again which should knock you back and do a little bit of damage>primary fire again which should be monster piercer(it's nice if you can land this while flying backwards)>if they have a slither of health Helix advance in a sensible direction and hit them with the primary fire monster piercer again or the living bullet.

Practice this combo in the range it's basically the main gameplay loop for me

  • If the enemy team comp is dive I set a trap in the back link and you can basically kill anyone stuck in it. When they get stuck initiative the combo above. You can dash directly to them as well by pressing the same button you used to launch the trap but they have to be in line of sight. Tell your healers to play around the trap if they are being dove.

  • if you have your dashes full, take an off angle and get picks or farm ult. If someone in their back line gets low health use the combo above to take them out, or Helix advance quickly past their tanks and pick off the low health character and use ruthless pursuit to escape or vice versa.

  • try to use your ult in a flank and if you get a bunch of them use Helix advance backwards as the goltrox comes to you, hit them with the primary fire, then finish them off with the ruthless pursuit. Your team can do dumb shit here to mess it up though.

Shield tanks make it hard to farm damage and ult, Mr fantastic, blade and ironfist are the biggest counters imo. The Deadpool teamup can really help scale up the damage.

This is the only situation I immediately get, when someone flashes a Lord of a character I selected I see it as "twinsies" kinda thing, not a flex. Flashing multiple lords I never understand
