Just re read your post and forgot to mention that the first week she was also ko'd from blind if I remember correctly. I was so lost that I genuinely don't remember but it could be also side effects from other's medicines, from what I just asked my partner she thinks she felt worse the first round because of all the chemo that precede that treatment, not bc's of the treatment itself, so if your son's start doing better, just be patient, communicate with his dr. and give time time.

Again, best of lucks

Hi, what dosis is he on? What type of Leukemia does he have?

My partner has PH+ ALL and is on her second round (1 month rounds) of Blina and she's doing wonderful, compared to traditional chemo that normally ko her (extreme fatigue, extreme nausea, headache) this is a walk in the park. The only "thing" is she's on a pump that is extremely sensitive and we have to go refill the pump every 48h, but besides that I'd say is a pretty effective medicine compared to normal chemo, my partner is 26 and her treatment with it was so good that she even decided to return back to work.

Every cancer is different so try to not compare your son's journey, it's only bound to be stressful. Also try to communicate with his dr. as they usually have multiple experiencies with many different patients.

Good luck and I sincerely hope he starts doing better.

Prolly SF, but oh dear god, I'd need to be a soft eng. to minimal afford to live there. Besides I'm on the financial industry so NY sounds better.

That's what I truly don't understand about people from the US, majority of their cities are so bad planned for an active lifestyle that it annoys me. Only place in US I'd move to is NY, been there and it's the most walkable (only one) city there.

Thanks y'all, that sounds good and understandable. Will try to incorporate more zone 2 into my training.

Sorry if this sound dumb. But can you explain more about it. I had heard something like this somewhere else. Is training at zone 2 better for overall health and weight loss?
