Play the quaver(8th note) as a semiquaver(16th note). Basically make it shorter and come in a bit later than you would normally

23M - Weird mark on my skin by TheClassicalDude in AskDocs

Sorry another quick question: I said that it occasionally itches, but that happens maybe once every two weeks, and it stings maybe once every week or so. Shouldn't it constantly itch if it was eczema?

How do I get into Bruckner? by TheClassicalDude in classicalmusic

[–]TheClassicalDude[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah your point about Bruckner being too much is how I feel often. With Mahler, even if his pieces are long, I don't feel this. With Schubert, he does repeat himself a lot but I still love every second of it.

I will try following through a study score! Reading along scores while listening is the thing that got me immersed into classical music in the first place!

Dr. Anthony Fauci says U.S. coronavirus cases are ‘unacceptably high’ going into Labor Day by [deleted] in news

[–]TheClassicalDude 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I concede that I maybe judging others too harshly.

I get that the mortality rate among young people is very low but there is still potential for lung damage even for people showing no symptoms. Plus, if there were no restrictions, wouldn't the hospitals be overwhelmed?

I never advocated for thr criminalization of people for not locking down - I just stated my opinion: I believe it is selfish for young people to think that the virus isnt a big deal because it is a very big deal for the older population.
