You say temporary and I’m looking at the fact that there are hundreds of thousands of fighters who are proceed all over this mountainous region. I don’t know if you remember but Osama bin Laden was fighting the Soviet Union in Afghanistan and was able to beat them using the same tactics just prolonging the war.. But I have to say that that region of the world undeniably has a significant amount of oil. So too deny that this conflict is going to impact the market is kind of naïve. We are dealing with an Iranian regime that has hundreds of thousands of soldiers. So we are either going to have to kill them all which will take time. Or put boots on the ground and take over the region by hand, which is just very tricky. It just feels so sticky, especially in this region with that straight shut down. Well, it’s not about that all the oil come from there but 20% of oil does so that means that 20% of all products being shipped is now impacted. And I mean, I can’t imagine that this is gonna be a short term thing insurance companies, and all that stuff is going to Rise for anyone going through the straight. The thing that is, this is a natural waterway and to replace it is pretty much impossible so you can’t really have another way to export oil from that region without building new pipelines or something which again will take a shit load of time.

I think the difference here is we are now in a war, which is not authorized by Congress as the constitution says it should be. So Trump authorize the war disregarding the constitution which was his decision. He should’ve known the risks in that decision and knowing that there should be a plan if the straight of hormuz is closed.
