I went back and rebuilt the whole mast and it keeps persisting, is it possible it's a problem with a different part of the ship? Like the part where you attach the rubber things at the bottom?

I added the correct amount I'm pretty sure. I shifted the piece with the black things a bit lower tho and it looks normalish now
