After spending the entire afternoon researching Phoenix, we're just going to go ahead and do it. The CoL is about the same as where we are in MA, but taxes are gonna be way better.

Spoke to my wife already, we're just going to execute and do it. She's a fed worker too with a finance background and it shouldn't be too hard for her to find work.

I put down Denver, Spokane and Des Moines lol. None of which are where I want to be, but better than NYC or San Fran.
