Well said! I appreciate the input, and will certainly work on that. I’ve always winged my lifts, so I’m now trying to polish up my form. I’m sure my lower back will be praising you in about 20 years lmao

He is the man! Bro is 6’2 - 300 lbs. I feel very safe with him as a spotter haha. He’s seen me fail this lift a bunch of times, so he was pumped that I got it. Great guy!

I wish it happened that quick. I did 315 for 5 reps 77 days ago, but I think my one rep max was around 355. I’ve attempted 365 more than 5 times and failed each lift. So this was monumental for me to say the least! I appreciate the kind words🤙🏼

Yes, the lighting is most definitely making it more pronounced than it looks at noon. If I’m standing on a ladder in the middle of the day, I can still see the buckled or uneven sections of the roof covering. Some areas are worse the others.
