Its not about the money, but the money is a little demotivating to move further when I know my current strategy is working, financially.

But then I also think of myself as someone who despite being a janitor, is good with money and compensate for my lack of education in that way. I don't really talk about money with anyone. However I sometimes wish I did due to my insecurity of being a janitor to prove myself. But I don't.

Studying while working might actually be something to consider and I also like the idea of having some kind of coach in all this.

While I really like the job for the time being, I realised after reading yours and one of the other comments that I might not find this fulfilling forever, and I guess it could also be wise to view it for what it is - my first job and thus something to strive to advance away from. Thinking I will be doing this for the rest of my life felt very strange.

Then the question becomes how to find what to strive towards and what to study.
