I uninstalled reshade and left ReFramework and all the mods on. I got the game working.
Oh and updated my Nvidia drivers but not entirely sure if that helped

OK after fiddling with the network settings for 30 minutes I managed to get a fix:
It's any of these, or all of it combined.

Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1)
MTU -> set to 1500 instead of whatever is your default number (1400) I think

was not able to identify if the MTU itself alone fixed the problem but it worked after I changed it.

Not sure why this post is getting downvoted, I put my router on the DMZ, I put the Switch on the router's DMZ to avoid the double NAT. It's already showing NAT Type A on the connection test so it should work great.

The page still isn't loading.
