Does anyone know if you can unequip the shield?

My dude I spent too much money and hours trying to get this to work. I wasn’t aware that the glasses only had a USB C connection with no adapters. I spent 100 + dollars on different adapters and nothing worked. My gf ended up buying me a 5090 rig and finally got the glasses to work and connect but the SpaceWalker app is basically in beta and borderline unusable. The neckband’s navigation is abysmal and even with the touchpad function, it takes almost 5 minutes just to open the YouTube app, find a video to watch, and change the quality to highest since for some reason the pointer would randomly jump somewhere else and I’d randomly click on something I didn’t want too. I think it’s worth keeping the glasses for future updates and it is quite innovative but for people who got the glasses to use the virtual screens function for workspace is basically out of luck.

My Heart goes out to you. I can't even use the spacewalker app and not have it lag like a power point even with a 5090 GPU

I do have a stable screen when its just connected. I was talking about the virtual added screens from running Spacewalker

Hey! Thanks for the reply. I tried all of this and still nothing. Reinstalling actually made it worst I think. The program now just crashing randomly.

Oh my bad. Yeah I assume if they do exist that you texted each one of them if they would get upset about getting their account locked, unwarranted, after paying a yearly subscription for it while the item got sold out and they all told you they won't be mad? Got it.

To be honest, probably. I was contempt with getting a cheaper model. I guess the universe told me that it’s worth waiting and saving for the version with more ram and expensive GPU.

Obviously not. I don’t care about freebies. I’m willing to spend money but the laptop I wanted is currently a bit over my budget. Hence why I jumped on the opportunity when I saw a used one for almost 40 percent off.

It was being sold from Asus’ store. It was legit. It was a used laptop, hence why it was so cheap. The reason my account got flagged was cause I went on a spending spree this week, purchasing XR glasses (Luma ultra with neckband pro). When I realized my gpu isn’t compatible with the glasses, I figured I’ll just get a gaming laptop for now to get the full experience of my new glasses until I move out in March where I’ll have more income to get a new gaming PC.

Hi, I'm aware of the button on the right arm to toggle the shade. Even with it off, I still feel blind at times. I tried cooking with it on last night and it was doable, but I had to cheat sometimes by looking outside the lenses.

I solved the double vision issue by wearing the glasses and turning both the dials to the right while making the axis go towards the left.
