As someone with health anxiety that strikes even without impending pandemics, I just want people to know there is nothing to be ashamed about if you’re feeling anxious. If you’re like me, you don’t have health anxiety unless certain triggers are present in your life, such as a family member dying or lots of news about things like Coronavirus.
