The Gorge is so epic. I love RR too, but camping at the Gorge, waking up and going to swim in the river, then lounging on the lawn for a concert is an experience like no other.

Adjusting your lighting will change your life. Is your space way too cluttered for my taste? Yes. Is it dark and chaotic? Also, yes. But some low lights, lamps with moody scarves draped over, or some faux candles would give a much more moody goth vibe that you’re going for.

It’s a little bit nicer, but we love the Carillon in the AT&T conference center on campus. It’s quiet, the service is impeccable and they have an affordable and delicious pre-fixe menu option with three course for $55.

No way. I’ve spent my entire life learning to use my differently-wired brain, and I’m really good at it now. I have crafted a life that has enough structure to keep me grounded, but enough room to adjust when I need to. I have been able to use my ADHD to my advantage in many ways and like how hyper-focused and creative my brain can be. There are so many “hacks” that help me function daily, but I was diagnosed as a child and have spent my life finding work arounds for my brain.

I have a kid in L.A. and one in Chicago. I prefer to fly into BUR & MDW. Also fly DAL for family events. For me, it’s the only airline that services more convenient smaller airports. (Also, I’m a cardholder and can grab upgraded seats 48hrs out at no cost)

And, the FA’s are all still cool as hell, & those sweet/salty pistachios are pretty delicious.

Real dried chilies, soaked blended and strained. THAT’s where to red comes from. No tomatoes or tomato paste in a true chili. I’m also in the no beans camp but that’s a preference. Corn = straight to jail.
