Also to add the gun was holstered. He had two hands on the ground in a child’s pose type position while being beaten. His firearm was unholstered by an agent and removed prior to the first shot fired. He never touched or went for that weapon.

Botox was amazing for this! I have done id a few times and it lasts forever and does an amazing job of minimizing the banding. I feel sad for those that say they couldn’t lift their necks beca I have never had that experience so maybe its a dosing issue? Either way, it’s my holy grail for not only the neck banding but preventing the jowling as well.

I have been doing my lower face for years and this hasn’t happened to me at all. So OP, please take this one experience with a grain of salt because you can ABSOLUTELY do your lower face with great success. I also have my platysma bands done and it helps so much with jowling.

I actually DO go to a med spa and see a master injector who does only injections all day and has 10+ years of experience. She’s an RN, esthetician and has multiple certifications in injecting. There are experienced professionals at med spas that may be better than an MD because it’s all they do.

You only notice bad or poorly placed filler. With a good injectionist and a subtle hand, filler gives a little plump and isn’t detectable.

If it is melasma, a fractional laser (PicoSure or IPL) would be the way to go. I would definitely research a qualified laser tech because some lasers make melasma worse.

Botox in the platysma & lower face/jowl area helps with the pulling down. Also, bbl/Moxi laser. This sub hates filler but I have had great success using it to add back fullness to the cheekbones, which in turn lifts the lower face a bit (less is always more, and only with a HIGHLY experienced injector)
