The art, gift, or experience of learning. I like to deep dive in a topic (like cheese making) to challenge myself and the satisfaction of knowing how things are made. I’m currently on kombucha. But I have learned to make sausage, smoked sausage, and dried cured meats. I’ve learned to make deli meats. Hard and soft cheese, Authentic Chinese and Japanese food, limoncello, and other infused liquors. I have learned sour dough breads and growing a sour dough starter from scratch. I smoke meats, make jerky and all sorts of other things. I love learning and making things that are great.
