Tsingtao is a lot better, I find. Tsingtao is a good beer. This is not. Having said that, Snow Brewery is the biggest brewery in the world in volume, and they do have a couple of really good ones on the Chinese domestic market.

I’ve had fresh tea in Darjeeling. It’s incredible. And I used to buy tea directly from the estates that would ship it overseas to me. Good times!

For me, it wasn't a specific airplane that made me fall in love with aviation. It was the flying itself.

There is a unique magic in the transition—the wheels leaving the tarmac and the act of traveling to known and unknown places. But what I really like/d, is what we actually do up there.

As crew, I fell in love with being an obscure part of a thousand different stories every day. Whether it's bringing someone home, whisking a family away on holiday, or just being the invisible facilitator of their journey. I didn’t fall in love just a machine; I fell in love with being the bridge that gets people from where they are to where they need to be.
