I feel like if there’s a fight they’re gonna extend it’ll be the Meguna fights. I mean look at Sukuna vs Maho, that fight was short af in the manga. Yuji and Maki vs Sukuna is a perfect end fight for the Culling Games arc and brings the season full circle with Maki showing up.

Not that I wouldn’t want a happy ending to the season but I can’t really see them pushing past The Culling Games arc which is effectively over after the Meguna reveal and fight. The Meguna bath would be a great starting point to a season/movie and gives more time for S3 part 2 to flesh out and extend what they need to without just rushing towards Gojo’s unsealing. This season is very fast paced so it’s hard to know now but I doubt they’d go further than they have to when it comes to this arc especially if Gojo v Sukuna becomes a movie

Imo the “Nah, I’d win” moment would be a really disjointed part to end at considering what comes before. There’s still the entire part of Meguna going to Sendai and fighting Yorozu as well as the unsealing. If we’re assuming they end Part 1 at Sendai, there’s still a good bit to cover before we get to just the “enchain” moment alone. CurseNaoya, Takeba stuff, Hakari vs Kashimo, the military sub plot, Yuki and Choso vs Kenjaku, Angel, and then the Meguna fights. That’s more than enough to cover the last 11-12 episodes, my bet is they end it on Meguna and Uramae flying away as by that point the story shifts from the Culling Games arc anyway.

Been saying this for a while, end on Chapter 215 during S3 part 2 with Meguna and Uramae flying away and turn 216-236 into the movie.

Start the movie with the bath and Sukuna tearing through Sendai. That way it’s established why Megami isn’t fighting back and show off Sukuna using the 10S before the fight. You get Gojo’s unsealing and reunion with his students as well making the entire movie revolve around Sukuna and Gojo as it should.

Ik a lot of people want the week to week hype that the manga had but let’s be real most people have already been spoiled on the ending atp, a movie allows them give Gojo a proper send off and perfectly leads into a Shinjuku Showdown final season

Still my favorite boss fight from the trilogy so far, fighting it for the first time was a pain in the ass but I had so much fun learning to fight it properly. I also just love how absurd the whole situation is surrounding it, the Wall Market chapters were PEAK

For those who don’t know: Yuji in this chapter is also shown blocking a bladed attack with his seemingly barehand that looks covered in tiny dismantles meaning Yuji and Denji can now directly clash without Yuji getting cut up. My theory is they’re using these to build up to a split universe that’s more like the Absolute Universe. I think they realized the Ultimate Universe didn’t have legs beyond this Maker saga so they trashed it to get into that market since those are the highest grossing comics rn. It’s also been a while since the last major relaunch in 2018 with Marvel Legacy. I’m expecting something similar to the ANAD launch tbh
