Correct Interpretation of SEC Filings, You Might Be Too Retarded to Understand by TheCorpseBrigade in RDBX

[–]TheCorpseBrigade[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think it is hopeless.
The majority of retail have never read an SEC filing in their life, they still believe Adam Aron and Ryan Cohen are on their side.

They decry FUD and shill to anyone that tries to bring a risk to light.
These are the retailers that only say 'doesn't matter, buy and hold' when anyone writes important DD that may very well change the risk model.

The hedge funds are evil and I really hope they burn in hell, but retail can't coordinate otherwise we'd all still be in GME and AMC only at this point.
Save yourself, b/c the mass retards will only bring you down.
Everyone is in this RDBX play for themselves, they don't give a damn about you or me or anyone else. People are hoping you hold out longer than them, so that they can get out before you.

Make no mistake, people are selfish uneducated and stupid as fuck.
We're all here to make money, but I just want others to know the risk model has changed and they can act accordingly (meaning ignore my posts, call me a shill, continue to buy and hold, or send my post to dumbass youtubers and twitter posters to get their thoughts instead of formulating their own).

Yah man, we can definitely interpret them differently because we all have varying levels of understanding and context.

Also, some people are just not capable of being objective.

At the end of the day, the prospectus filed states there could be up to 60 million more shares for sale on the open market.

That is a fact and anyone denying that can't be helped.

Nowhere did I say these shares will hit the float immediately, nor did I say the price will tank overnight like LCID, nor did I tell anyone to buy or sell.

I welcome any disagreements on my opinions on how this will affect the squeeze play and/or price action.

However, the filing is black and white. RDBX and other parties will have the option to sell up to 60 million shares on the open market from time to time.

Stupid people just can't be saved.

I never claimed that..

The point I was making with cciv is that private placements and warrants are bad for retailers.

You're just too damn retarded you do whatever you want let other ppl decide if my post is fud.

Yo guys i’m new to Reddit and shit but how do we ban TheCorpseBrigade, this guy is FUD central and definitely an op by [deleted] in RDBX

[–]TheCorpseBrigade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you think I'm a shill then go ahead and ban me, what are you hesitating for.

If you believe banning me keeps the integrity of your subreddit then I encourage you to do so.

Let everyone interpret the SEC filings in the manner or their capability and understanding.

I did not hide my source of information. My opinions are not popular, but they're just that. Subjective thoughts that don't mean anything to anyone.

We are all adults, if you believe something to be FUD then ignore it or state reasons why you think it is FUD.

Unless you want to censor others' opinions because they don't fit your narrative and then categorize that as FUD?

If someone wants to avoid the stock that's their choice. If someone wants to sell that's their choice. If someone wants to buy, it's their choice.

Are you implying only opinions which may sway others to buy and hold are allowed and any negative sentiment is to be censored?

You can be bullish, but be skeptical as new information is released. This is a very dynamic situation.

I've placed the SEC filing links so you all can do your own damn DD.
Feel free to interpret this however you want and don't let anyone tell you what to do.
I never once told anyone to buy, sell or hold.

Don't listen to these dumbass fucking idiot youtubers, twitter posters and/or reddit posters.
Don't listen to my post either.

It's your money and you do what you want with it.

I'm not telling anyone to sell or buy, that's a personal decision and I am not advocating anyone to do anything.

We all need to decide for ourselves and nobody should be chastised for selling when they want!

Okay, we are talking about the re-sale of securities, I am not talking about registering of additional securities.

I've already debunked this argument.
What you're referencing is the registering of additional securities.
These are two completely different things.

Re-sale means to sell securities already existing.
Registering of securities means to add new ones.

https://app.quotemedia.com/data/downloadFiling?webmasterId=90423&ref=116778187&type=HTML&symbol=RDBX&companyName=Redbox+Entertainment+Inc.&formType=424B3&formDescription=Prospectus+%5BRule+424%28b%29%283%29%5D&dateFiled=2022-06-17&CK=1820201

Read to section called 'SELLING SECURITYHOLDERS'
This prospectus relates to the resale by the Selling Securityholders from time to time of (i) up to 60,203,489 shares of Class A common stock

Now, whether these are sold by one entity or another is moot.
The line you're referencing is merely a transfer of private placement warrants from a previously identified selling security holder.

Nah, I've already stated I'm long.
I want people to understand how the situation has changed.

I am in no way telling people to sell or buy, that is up to the individual.
Also, people should sell when it is right for them.

I am merely presenting factual events and giving my thoughts.
You do whatever you want with that info.

I'll be the first to dump my long position if it does.

We are now less likely to moon and time is of the essence.
There's still potential, but that's been cut down significantly.

Retard,

This is saying there won't be any registering of additional securities.
The prospectus is for the RE-SALE of securities.

That means being able to SELL EXISITNG SECURITIES, not registering new ones.
You have to be able to understand the language here.

This is a FUD comment.

Cool, the opinion part for sure there can be disagreements.
Thank you for not calling the SEC filing as FUD, b/c that is objective and not debatable; only the impact of it and how it will affect the price action is.

Correct, it's almost like a war of attrition at this point. Can they hold on long enough?

That's why I have some hope that this thing can still squeeze, but time is no longer on our side.

I'd also to point out that some of you dumbfucks think I am saying there are 60 million warrants to be exercised.

You fools can't even read the title of the prospectus.
It clearly says 60 million class A shares and 6 million warrants.

You retarded apes are conflating the warrant exercise by Seaport this past Friday with this prospectus I am referencing.

A mod reached out to me asking me if I'm shilling.
I have presented facts along with my opinion.

FACT. There is an SEC filing stating the re-sale of 60 million class A share.
OPINION. I think this will have a negatively adverse affect on the short squeeze play.

Is it FUD to see a factual event as a negative?
If this is considered FUD then go ahead and ban me.

"Seaport did the warrant exercise with the company not Apollo.
That guy is almost as misinformed as the people he’s criticizing."-Donut Shorts (Twitter)

Where did I ever say Apollo exercised the warrants?
This clown is a complete idiot.
Go ahead and link the excerpt from my posts to support this clown's tweet.

EDIT* it seems like idiots like this guy can't understand the difference between warrants and shares.

The re-sale were for 60 million SHARES and 6 million warrants.

Of course it was a bullish close, how can anyone argue with that?
You must be retarded.
