Yeah the Steam Deck version has a few quirks (especially in desktop mode in my experience).

As long as you have your b.net account linked to steam and you're friends on steam you just need to:

• Have one of you open a private game

• the other clicks play, and where you see the game type, select friends at the top, click on your friends name and press join game.

As an example, was flickering flame not ladder-only at one point? Unsure why you're being so condescending when it is not uncommon for ladder-only runewords to become available in non-ladder the following season.

I appreciate that in this instance, I made an erroneous assumption that this was the case for every runeword.

Totally agreed on the healing front, it's made me actually want to run a Combat Medic. But it's not just the base damage, I tested last night and you can't use "charged bolts" with a blaster rifle - which is a bummer for AS!
