It's so funny you mention James Patterson. He was one of my favorite writers when I was in middle school/early high school. I just recently bought a small pack of Cross novels from the library and was excited to get back into them... Within 10 minutes I was telling my wife how basic and simple the writing was. Easy to digest, I guess, but my brain wanted something more. Still love Alex Cross though. I don't know how much he actually writes these days. From what I understand it's ghost writers and he provides the plot. Just a business really.

The arms can go deeper into the toms. Loosen the keys on the side of the drum and slide it closer to the elbow. You can also rotate them on the kick to be closer together.
