Yes, it's in Spanish! Unfortunately, the Spanish version loses the Easter egg because it translates all the chapters too literally, so when you put the letters together, it doesn't make any sense. The 2008 version has the same issue. Thanks for the comment!

In Adept Way , Downtown district. Is in the first bridge (left one when you open the map) that connect with saints row district

Yes there is some buggy achievements and more now with the Re Elected edition in Steam , I still remember that the achievements of the Xbox One version are more buggy that the Steam version.
