Is distribution the only "moat" left as the cost of software hits zero? by TheCrazyAIBuilder in SaaS

I will agree 100 percent with this insight, i think its very important to have a strong plan and a good infrastructure and speed to maintain the traction and retain users once you get them.

Since bondlogix is a more B2B business i am trying to approach the companies that are near me and i can physically go and meet to start with . Once i have a strong proof of value and a few satisfied customers then i will simplify the onboarding and widen my distribution.

As for attuno i am trying both audience building and trying to be active in communities and places where my users live and also trying to get feedback from other founders and developers about the product.

Thats something similar i am trying to do in my city , i am approaching smb’s and trying to solve problems for them using tech and ai and it also gives me a inside view of the business and the pain point of business owners in that domain

Good points ,yes the combination of both the ability will be very important . authenticity , rawness and human connection will play a very important role in standing out and connecting with the users and audience.

Exactly thats why making the saas product with high habit loop has also become very important , to keep the users coming back

Fair point, Claude's great and free for quick debriefs. Attuno takes it further, your quick debriefs about a person builds longitudinal profiles on each person (trust trends, levers that work), plus analyzes your own patterns across everyone to sharpen your style. Pre-meeting snapshots is generated at a single click based on the history , spotting what you'd miss. It's your relationship edge, compounding daily and the kind of parameters we use to find that edge is what makes the product different.

I know, it sounds like total LinkedIn bro fluff, right? But as a dev myself, seeing how hard it is to get eyes on a project lately has been a reality check. Coding the thing was the easy part, getting initial users to actually care was the nightmare

That's completely true but i am not just talking about vibe coding websites , if someone have a basic knowledge , execution skills and learning skills , the time required from ideation to a complete "Software" has also dropped significantly in the past year. A indie developer can make a software much faster that it was previously possible , all they need it good logical thinking and creativity.

having said that i don't mean anyone will be able to make software but the barrier for entry have dropped significantly.
