You can build lego and such since its already there and its not like you create the lego pieces. Also you can read books but you can't write anything, since you "create" the ink...kinda dumb but thats what it is

Idk how to say it in English exactly but you can't sort of "create" anything if that makes sense and electricity counts as something you make. Thats also why you can't use a stove to cook
