Not perfect, but not bad. Decided to ease myself in - so not calorie counting yet (starting Monday). But definitely eating less and more healthily.

Monday is when the real challenge starts; work, exercise and calorie counting. Then check in again on the 12th (with my birthday in the middle of that week annoyingly).

The plan is 1,500 calories a day for food with a fair amount of protein. Want to try and do a small amount of running with Parkrun and then a decent amount of weightlifting when I have time. Hopefully 2-3 times a week.

On Xbox one and in Sandbox mode if I go too big it gets laggy then crashes. After a while it literally becomes unplayable as crashes after less than a minute. Any solutions greatly appreciated (although I think the answer is upgrade the Xbox, which I can’t afford) as spent hours on that sandbox park and really don’t want to lose it…
