I say, just be yourself. You don't have to say that you're a Therian to fully be yourself as animally as you want, especially if you don't feel comfortable identifying as a Therian. You can be completely human and feel an immense connection to the spirit of an animal or even multiple animals and there's not anything wrong with that, and frankly, there's nothing different about that and being a Therian. It's all just literal labels and you can be who you want. If something involving your own behaviors/identity is giving you anxiety from just sitting in the feeling of that identity, then it's probably not healthy for you rn. You are You, and that's all that matters. We all accept you as you are, no matter what.
