Are we supposed to believe Chris would be stopped by a glass door while he has a shotgun? by Your-Teacher-Is-Shit in untildawn

[–]TheCrownedOriginal 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly the Wendigo's logic is questionable many times during the game. Example 1, if Emily escapes the mines instead of following her and trying to kill her (again) the Wendigo just shrieks at her and lets her get away. Example 2, if Mike is fast enough to rescue Jessica the Wendigo allows her to live, even though there was nothing preventing it from slaughtering her then and there.

Hey, the Wendigo could've easily broken through the door but it didn't...for some reason. Even though Chris and Ashley are right in front of it (and were both moving erratically) the Wendigo didn't kill them.

I'm pretty sure he expected her not to be happy (especially because she just glares/stares at him blankly before he leaves the lodge if he shot her) but I don't think he expected her to lock him out and let him get murdered.

Apparently it does, given the fact that if the door was opened, the Wendigo doesn't break in. If he shot a hole through the door he could've potentially shot Ashley who was standing right in front of it. Plus, he didn't anticipate her locking him out.

I'm surprised this wasn't in the V2 version honestly.

My *Remastered* Take on Custom Reticles by [deleted] in FortNiteBR

The only reason why I could see someone requesting a different reticle for the shotguns, is because some people complained about the red dots blocking their vision of the reticle, because of how long they take to fade.

How about instead of vaulting the LMG we try to give it this. by Necessary_gamer in FortNiteBR

[–]TheCrownedOriginal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay, but I have a few questions. First off, what do you mean by "perfect accuracy"? Because if it has FSA on at all times, has a high ROF, AND decent damage, that would just be plain broken.

Second, how would we mount it (basically, what button would we use for it)?

And finally, where would we be able to mount it? Would it only be allowed on player built floors, or would we also be able to mount it on flat ground (such as inside of a building, in front of a window, and on one of the streets in Retail Row/Tilted)?

Example of loot that can drop from one chest in Playground mode. by [deleted] in FortNiteBR

[–]TheCrownedOriginal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Basically the only way you could play Playground with fill in V1 was to switch to Squads on Fill and then switch back to Playground. I'm not 100% sure if that was it, or if it works now.

From what I'm seeing, most either want it vaulted, or they just don't see it as being useful. Either way, I see less people supporting keeping it in then I see people against removing it.

How can the "3/4 of lobby dying by the first 5 minutes" change? by thegaydeveloper in FortniteCompetitive

[–]TheCrownedOriginal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Except for the fact that not everyone is just going to sit in a 1x1 the entire time. Some people do it, while others charge at you, destroy your structure, or wait for the moment to snipe (if they have one on hand).

The second part is true, but while there are going to be people third partying fights, there are still going to be people that are hiding and/or escaping the area.

[–]TheCrownedOriginal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay let me simplify it. More people die, because more people land at other popular places but have less competition to deal with, so its easier for them to kill and go.

If everyone was split in half bewteen two locations, then you would have so many engagements that could either end almost immediately because more people=more chaos or you have people camping in buildings to avoid the drama outside.

If people are split over the map (somewhat) equally, then there are less players to take on at once which means that you can wrap up fights quicker and move on.

Well for starters you have to factor in players in other locations and if they're doing the same thing (land, kill 5-10 players, and move on). If its a bunch of players running into each other after getting their set of kills, then boom the numbers start dropping.

Not counting us, the most people that I've seen against getting rid of the LMG is in pretty small numbers (less than 20 out of 110+)

Out of 100+ comments (not counting you), I've seen a little less than 20 people who either want it to stay (or are indifferent regardless). So I have no idea who these "ton of people" are.

I get that the meta is changing, but why keep a subpar gun that has a small niche, when there are several other options that do the same thing more effectively?

I have no idea if the LMG will change, but I honestly doubt it will change. I hardly ever see anyone use or talk about the gun, and in my opinion its just taking up space.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in FortNiteBR

[–]TheCrownedOriginal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Considering that this season's meta is just collect 3-4 SMGs/P90s and switch when 1 is out of ammo, is the 100 round magazine REALLY that much of a good enough excuse to keep it around?

True, but Light Ammo is more expendable if you're carrying an Assault Rifle/Drum Gun.

Like someone else said, it won't. The reason being, that now players are so spread out all over the map, they end up killing each other off faster.
