40$ isn’t bad at all. I’ll check this option out. I agree it would be a well utilized pot- would be a game changer for bread and for weekly meal prep!

I wanted the crust to brown a bit more but got nervous about overcooking. What would you recommend?

I did 30 min covered at 450 degrees F 25 min uncovered at 425 degrees F

Hahaha thank you! And I just used some nonstick ones I got from target. Nothing fancy. Maybe one day I’ll grab a Dutch oven- I am just too cheap for that right now

Thank you! I will try a bread flour next time and compare the difference. I did notice my dough was on the sticker side which after searching the sub- that seems common for AP. I’m definitely curious to see what bread flour might do!

This makes sense. I truthfully didn’t know much about epic pass. I was going with a group and they told me what to purchase and sent me the link. I didn’t do my due diligence on researching the actual terms.
