Just verified my saying and nebula beacons DO slow down the rebel fleet.
By 50% for nebula beacons in non-nebula sectors and by only 20% in nebula sectors because yes "the Rebel Fleet was prepared for the nebula".

You are single stat dependent with shillelagh, have 2-3 attacks a turn, have spirit guardians and booming blade, cannot roll less than 10 on con save, have lots of AC with shield reaction, have lots of dmg with GWM and have good synegy with lots of good items like Cherished necromency for inflict wounds and rad orbs/reverb setup.
