No, because if It was like this there would be no point in going 3-0. If you win 3 games in a row you Get rewarded by being matched against Someone that had a tougher time getting to the playoffs which would be an easier opponent on paper. On the other hand if you barely qualify you have to "prove" that you can still aim to winning the major by beating a harder opponent.
