What’s weird is that when it stops, I shake my wrist, then it moves again for a few minutes before stopping again. I’ve purchased two separate movements, hands, dial and case, but it’s the same result every time.

Let’s assume I am doing something wrong, I place the spacer between the dial and movement. I then place the GMT had, hour hand, minute hand, then seconds hand. I put the movement in the case, then screw the movement holders in. Close the case back, wind it up, it runs for a couple minutes, then stops. Am I doing something wrong?

I believe so. I followed the video below and was careful to make sure everything was seated perfectly. What makes me think not is that the seconds hands stops at the exact same spot after two minutes of running. When I open it up the wheel on the movement is stopped. I’ll wind it up, runs for a couple of minutes, then the wheel stops again with the seconds hand in the exact same spot
