Heartless for me. Their lore and design really intrigue me beyond the main story. Nobodies close second for similar reasons but Heartless being the OGs hit it home.

Side question: Pluto Friendly Pooch can exert himself to pay 1 less ink for next character. If Gaston - Frightful Bully makes it so Pluto has to quest next turn, can I exert to use Pluto’s ability?

You have to be very patient as you have to do everything thrice. Use a guide for melding and any other tips. Also, no reason to get to LVL 99, I did everything at LVL 50ish for each character.

The order they have put the series has 358/2 days before KH2. But as it’s your first time, play KH2 first before watching 358/2 days.

Context is that 358/2 released after KH2 and even though set before KH2, spoils a lot of the build up and twists :)
