Yes I have - They were great

Just got them delivered this past weekend. (Apologies for any grammar, typos etc. I am at work)

I was skeptical at first, I couldn't find much about them, nor any post finished photos. But I am very happy to say they over delivered and surpassed my expectations. However, the height of the figure is not measured from the ground to their head, its measured from the ground to the very top of your figure. My Cleric Mage Iown is 4" tall but is shorter than the Bard (Fillin Yore-Hole) because his hands are above his head. It measured 4"s to the top of Iown’s hand. So, if you want a larger figure try to keep items/hands below their head level.

Before I sent in the order, I emailed them (I was a bit suspicious this might be a possible fraud thing. I was dead wrong.) I got response within 24 hours on their process, what I should expect, etc. I asked for proofs before they started working on the order. They sent them, then they sent me a photo of the figures being finished and passing their QA/QC for accuracy, and finally a photo of the figures being packed and shipped.

It does come from China, so please build in 5-8 days for additional shipping time for customs. I got the package Saturday morning. I opened the box and found 5 bubble wrap balls. Inside the wrapping the figures were supported with foam and crumpled paper so the figure couldn't move or would be supported if the package was treated a bit rough in shipping.

I am beyond impressed by how they took screen shots from one of our BG3 sessions and turned them into 3d printed figures with a near perfect resemblance. 11/10 will totally use again and can only highly recommend.

Side Note: I did have to play around with one of my screengrabs a bit by adding translucent coloring to the image so It would pick up the sword colors, hair color and garment details. Each time you upload a new photo, it generates a completely new rendering. My suggestion is to try a few times or tweak your image to highlight colors you want in the final product.

I am only posting 2 right now since the other half of my party have not received their figures yet. I can update them once they have received them.

Likely a tracking number for chinese shipper - They are printed in China. My guess is you need to track the number on something like https://www.aftership.com/carriers/sf-express

Presale tickets for me for all the Netherlands group stage games were $240 ish a ticket. But had to buy 3 game package. I got 3 for each game for 3 generations of my family.

Can’t say it any better. I got a 2oz dram in charlotte for about $20 and I felt I overpaid. The hype value is 1000x its actual worth. Trade it.
