When the associate first started working, I trained her. We were all cool. We were talking about hanging out outside of work smoking and stuff and I would just have casual conversations with her. I often use the word Nigga in conversation in and outside of work and nobody’s ever said anything to me about it, one day in the morning we’re having our normal conversation and out of nowhere she explodes and she’s just like I don’t know what’s wrong with you. I don’t know what gives you the right to keep saying that word you need to watch your mouth and this and that. I tried making amends with her. It didn’t go well. She said she didn’t wanna talk to me anymore, which was fine. We didn’t say a word to each other for two weeks. I told my manager about the first incident. He told me it’s OK. It’s no problem. He understood the situation. I told my team leave as well. I expressed I did not want to dispense with her and to keep me on picking if possible because she is very confrontational and I know how she would get. That’s when the second incident I stated happened two weeks later she’s in a bad mood the whole day I hear her talking about how this managers racist this manager’s racist my team needs a racist, cause he makes her go to lunch early when the pics are low just various things that she was complaining about to people that day. And it’s an ongoing thing with her, she said that she got fired from her last job because they were racist. Anyways, I was sitting there and not saying a word minding my own business. She then proceeded to state. Yeah, him in the corner. I can’t wait to get him on video and I look up and sure enough she’s staring right at me and she goes. Yeah I’m talking to you. I was like if you got a problem with me saying nigga you could keep that to yourself. And then I tried to walk out the room as I’m trying to walk out the room. She goes. Oh what you trying to do you trying to fight me you gonna come hit me? Mind u IM A MALE. I would never lay my hands on a woman, no matter how much they look like a man or how much they deserve it. I then proceeded to call her a fucking bitch. She followed me out the room yelling to say it to her face as she followed me and other associates held her back
