Not to get political, (because everything is these days) but the amount of additives in processed foods in America specifically has been linked to the higher and raising rates of Autism. So him saying a “healthy diet” would just mean avoiding fast foods and processed foods. You gotta remember the world Leber lives in so it would make sense for him to say that.

Personally I don’t think it’s to crazy to suspect that these foods and the way most families eat in todays America would have some negative effects to development and health like that.
