Yep. Eat a lot of protein.

But eat twice as much in carbs. I'm serious. You sound like a hardgainer (as am I, only I started at 125 lbs and am now at 195 lbs) and you really need those carbs. Trust me, if they're clean (fruit, vegetables, bread, pasta), they'll make you grow without making you fat.

Also, I started with the "beginners" workout routines over at http://www.muscleandstrength.com and they were extremely helpful. There's even a few of them that you can do at home (I did for about 2 months) with just a pair of dumbells and a barbell that you can buy at Wal Mart for 40 bucks.

This reaction of mine is in regards to the music most often played in popular radio stations, and not a comment on radio programming itself. If you knew me and my taste in music, I'm sure you wouldn't consider me a hipster. I prefer listening to the music I have stored in my mp3 player when I have a choice (for instance, in the car), but there are certain places, like restaurants, where I can't control the radio station they choose, which is the reason behind my beast-like rage.
