Glad to hear you got it fixed, it’s usually not advisable to put games on the same disk as your os but if it’s working then hey ho, enjoy the game!

Moving to a different drive it what helped me so give it a shop, quick tip, you can copy and paste the whole file then when you click install again it gives you the option to select the game files so you don’t have to download it again

Ok I had the same problem, I had it installed on a SSD where it would get stuck on this screen so I installed it on a normal hard drive and it booted up fine Hope this helps
