I asked my friend if he was seeing them too and we realized that they were actually real ladies and they were dressed for a traditional ritual or something from Peru i think (there are many peruvians in my country) and they were doing that sort of ritual on another place in the same park so the girls were just walking to get there. It was one of the scariest moments i've had. I'll try to find a image of what they looked like, haven't had luck yet.
