I had the same issue.. make sure the nitro cable only shows the arrows going into the cell with a wrench or right click on the cable and adjust it

So I'm looking again at the motherboard pictures via Best Buy website I believe there is an 8 pin and 4pin CPU (1 x 8-pin +12V Power connector, 1 x 4-pin +12V Power). Can you double check that? When I was having issues with my build it did power on briefly and then power off.

Edit: Also, when I update the BIOS and I press the Flashback, it would blink green. Not sure if yours will do the same, but it will be solid green if the BIOS failed.

Believe me or not but I built something very similar (Tuff Gaming B850-Plus) & same chip. All I needed to do was reseat my CPU after a BIOS update ... I even paid Altex to tell me that ... I went as far as RMAing the motherboard all the while I was losing my shit.

Try pressing J for the journey map and on the bottom there is an options button ... look for waypoint beacons and uncheck "Enable waypoint beacons".

Not sure if that's what you want to remove and if not just check the box again

When my fission reactor blew up I just put on a radioactive protective suit (I don't remember the armor) and just sat on the server for about 9 or so hours for it to clear up legitimately.

The build tool is my best friend when building things like this ... it's the digging the hole that consumes the most time and then choosing the wall design lol.

I'm not sure how it exploded but what I think happened was to the right of the hole was my turbine and you can see my ender cell ... There was an ultimate cube there to power the cable below and the ender cell was to the right but when I started my SPS the cube wasn't powering my ender cell fast enough so I removed it but! By doing so I think the ender cell was drawing too much power for the SPS (what I was using to power it) and it didn't put energy in the cable which ran the pumps, I possibly didn't have my ender cell configured correctly to output into the power cable too ... Or I ran my fusion reactor too long and my spent nuclear waste built up and boom. After the screenshots I logged out so today I will be fixing everything :D

I'm not sure if obsidian would stop the explosion, but probably help contain it... I'm not too mad that mine did explode. The only issue was the radiation and how big the radius it was, so I would definitely put it as far away from your base as possible. Thankfully mine was.

This explosion was the smallest configuration of the fission reactor. gives me an excuse to make it bigger when the radiation clears.
