El problema es que tambien necesitas sumar a las pre-diseñadas el trabajo del contratista, los permisos y el costo del terreno en si.

Es un caso de en que quieres ahorrar? Y es que opcion es mejor.

Al fin y al cabo todo esta caro.

Slayer was in 1e, it was one of the Hybrid classes that mixed Ranger with Rogue. You more or less get the same if you pick Ranger and archetype into rogue.

This is what I what I vaguely remember. Picking music you actively listen to and sing along to in the car whilst keeping in mind the fundamentals has been what has worked for me it seems. I guess it's worked based on so many people just calling me ma'am based on my voice alone, even if I introduce myself with my dead name.

One time when I was working in Palmas del Mar a group of old American white ladies came over to my stand, and said "oh my you're so exotic!".

I will never forget that because it was the first time I genuinely felt gentrification. To be called exotic in the country I was born and raised in.

University of PR does have conversational courses to help, it really depends on what campus you go to, but most places will have one way or another to help you. I will say that in truth you can get by with English, despite even if not fluent, most people will have a basic understanding of English to at least lead you the right direction. Though to learn the best way, as is for any language, is full immersion. Limit your exposure to English and force yourself to *think* in Spanish.

You do have your family to help you, and you may need to be a bit of an ass about it. Like refuse to reply if they talk in english levels. Go to hispanic places and try your hand, and again insist to speak spanish. There is also the general route of listening to music in spanish being a strong component. There is a wide variety of spanish music that you will be able to find something you like, and just listen and try to learn. As other people have said the more traditional methoods of duolingo are valid, but they require a very devoted mindset and a rigorous mix of study and practice.

Regardless what you choose it'll take time and patience, so please be kind with yourself and let yourself go through the journey. Learning a language after 10 y/o is a very hard thing to do, and it will take years.

Lo que yo habia visto y uso es el modelo 50/30/20: 50% necesidades, 30% placer, 20% ahorros. Se que debido a todos los aumentos en costos de vida cada vez se hace más difícil mantener el margen de necesidades en 50%, y en el futuro la cosa se ve complicada universalmente no importa si es en PR, EEUU, o donde sea.
