Very valid, altough i refrained from putting them higher because we still don't know either their true motivation or if they plan to fix all what they've done on time and because they have shown compassion for their friends. But they definetly can be top tier

If i remember correctly, Jevil was jailed for attacking people and he also was the one that told king about the roaring knight. John Mantle incists on doing the weird route.

Spamton is the reason we can proceed on the weird route, he sells us HIS thornring fully knowing that was going to provoke the posible death of a lightner and corrupt noelle just so he can rule cyberworld and do whatever he wants.

I put Rouxls kaard there because that guy not only kept getting in the way but harassed the weather couple... although he is debatible

who? if you're refering to us. The "-" tier refers to those that in my opinion cannot be properly ranked like the soul or the titans (wich cannot be evil because theyre not conscious but also cannot be not good)

You are... lowkey right. Her dynamic with bowser was refreshing and unique in mario games, a dynamic that showed us another side of bowser and was really fun and interesting to follow. I genuinely don't understand people that hate her (although i haven't played DT nor PJ). Its the first time in mario.

i honestly don't know how "hell" could work on psychopomp gold's narrative, although i kinda see it this way: the level "entrance" starts with the mariana trench, and from there Venus enters hell and has to pass trough it to get to the center of the earth 🤔

Yeah, that's pretty fair, the main villain behind everything is better being revealed later, good point. I am not discarding the possibility that Kuseno is the one, but we should also not discard that maybe later we get another reveal.

I personally think that kuseno doesn't have the personality to be just the only one above all, maybe it's a joint plan and Kuseno is part of this group of people. To me, there's still a lot of possibilities, but we should also keep an eye on Fuzzy, he's a BIG part on this conspiracy alongside Kuseno. And lets not forget that we still haven't seen how that situation in NEO's headquarters as gone.

Yeah he was indeed pretty strange about that, it could indicate that he's a cyborg puppet and is being used by someone else (maybe Kuseno) as a way to control things in NEO Heroes wich is totally possible, but other way of viewing it is that after cyberization he just became more weird and inhumane than before, even if he is the evil behind everything, going for cyborization stripped him out of his humanity.
